I keep seeing this lemon pound cake recipe in magazines lately, so I had to try it - it's OUTSTANDING!!! Looking for something to bring to Easter dinner? This is perfect :) I used a mini loaf pan to make individual little cakes.

PS: We had our first ultrasound yesterday and everything looks great! 7 more weeks 'til we find out if Syd will have a baby brother or sister!
